Can anyone give me an rough idea as to the costs involved in sub dividing in Melbourne?

What are you subdividing?
If it's land is it vacant? Or does it have a dwelling on it?

We are just wanting to get an idea as to how much it would cost (council payments) to subdivide a corner block. That is knock down existing house.

go to the top right hand side (when you are in "adding value") - drop down "search this forum" and then type in subdivide or any other key word you think might work.

you'll bring up heaps of stuff - just do a quick flick thru and find what you are after.
