There ain't many cranes left on the Gold coast. Perhaps down to 6 or 7, from many dozens a few years ago.

I think it's generally a good time to buy when there are no cranes left, but thats a very big generalisation of course.

See ya's.

Those snaps look like they were taken from the drivers side...on the freeway BC.

Tsk tsk :):)

There are oodles of cranes though !! I see them everyday.

Perth was absolutely fantastic buying in 2003, and you'd have to say then that from 2000 to 2002 was good buying. Anyone remember how many cranes were on the sky line up to 2003..??

See ya's.

3/5 of fug all there TC.

and yes - i'm not a big believer in the hand held mobile laws. they can shove it AFAIC.

i'm more distracted by the kids in the back, or the radio tuning, or popping a new CD in, or peeling a banana for the kids.....

I recall a property spruikers years ago on the Gold Coast saying exactly that.
Looking at Perths city sky line at the moment l am starting to be a believer in the statement.
