From their website they appear to be a developer with one property in Redcliffe, QLD which they are trying to sell as PCF with prices from $4250000 and $500 rent. I assume they are factoring in depreciation, etc.
Don't get me wrong, it may well be a good investment (personally I am interested in the Redcliffe peninsula).
Bu the thing that intrigues me is the "broken" link at the bottom of the page as follows:

Somehow, I don't think Sommersoft would have anything to do with this.
