This was something I was thinking of offering if I go ahead with the idea of demolishing my PPOR and putting up a duplex. It would be over 1 weekend only and would include such things as all the windows complete with key locks and holland or vertical blinds, all the doors, a kitchen less than 12 months old, the roof tiles, a huge pergola with suntuff roofing you can pull apart and rebuild and so on.
Is this something you'd all be interested in?
What type of insurance should I have in place at the time - public liablilty and can you get it for short periods like this?
