depreciation schedule???

I have been viewing www.depreciator.com.au and I am going to have a schedule done on my investment property, the company sounds great and gives a 100% guarantee on returns. I have rang and emailed them a few times and recieved good info off them but i am a little worried that they only have a phone number and no address....
Has anybody dealt with this company??
Im worried about getting scammed...
any info would be great,

Dear Reg,

Although I haven't used them I have heard of them for sometime and do not believe you will be scammed.

According to ASIC documents "VALUE CONSULTING & MANAGEMENT PTY. LIMITED" which operates the www.depreciator.com.au website has been going since 24/06/1997.

I don't know these people. They may be doubtful or they may be the best. I have used Valuers (many of them depending on the area) and while some are better than others or not , mostly all OK.

I ask them.
What is your physical address
How long have you been in business
What experience do you have
Have you ever had the ATO question your reports
Just what is in your reports. Any photographs
Do the reports cover both forms of depreciation, or restricted in total coverage of depreciation
Why should I use your services and pay your rates. What advantages do you offer me
Any other concern or worry you have

Feel free to ask them and MAKE them prove their ability

Thanks for the info people, i appreciate it and this board is great.
I have found out enough info to trust depreciator and today i came across a local business that does schedules, so i might keep it local..thanks for the help
