Apparently he also runs his own bank, construction company, real estate agemt,etc. According to him because everything is owned by him, he can keep the cost down.

Not sure if he is a bank, but uses that term a lot. This is his website.

Didn;t think it was that easy to open your own bank.

Based on this I would be extremely hesitant, no it is not easy to run your own bank. I'd hold back and definitely seek professional advice before proceeding
