Developing in the town of Vic Park - Perth

Has anyone ever had experience with developing units/apartments in the town of Victoria Park?

No but watch out for areas which seem to be high enough zoning to allow a multi development but can't because there is a clause in the TPS saying no multiple dwellings.

I've seen it in a few areas of Vic Park.

There online mapping tool is pretty good and shows this up from recollection

For the record, I've found the planners at the Town of Vic Park very easy to both access, and fairly competent, just call 08 9311 8111 office hours

Watch out for Julio who has a very strong Spanish accent which can be hard to understand but I agree with Paul they are very helpful, you just ring up and ask to speak to the duty town planner and they'll put you through
