Have a unit in Burleigh Heads that has been vacant for the last 5 weeks - located up on the hill in residential area (ie not holiday let). Have had about 6 prospective tenants through.
Have dropped the rent after 2 weeks and the PM has advised that price is not the issue. I know the GC market is pretty shot at the moment but this is way longer than it has been vacant before.
Is the market that bad or should be trying something else - ie new PM?
Appreciate any thoughts or recommendations on alternate PMs..
