Do rooms with only internal window matter?

Am looking at an apartment it's got the layout I quite like, love the master bedroom with private balcony and large ensuite.

But the only thing is... The other two bedrooms don't have external window. They only have an internal window facing the lounge with a blind. Do you think it would be a pull off for buyers? The lounge does have a north west facing balcony...

This is common in large scale developments.

An experienced valuer will pick this up in their valuation report and mark it accordingly in the risk ratings.

I would avoid regardless as all bedrooms should have windows.

Technical term is 'borrowed light'
Borrowed light in large scale and even medium density developments is tolerated
but now in new developments in Melbourne, it is getting increasingly less and less tolerated
It is an industry recommendation that
"if a 'piggy back' relationship is to be provided to bedrooms to capture that light, developers need to be mindful not to make the distance between the window and the room too long".

Until regulations disallow 'borrowed light' for habitable rooms completely....
