I am about to purchase my very FIRST IP! YAY!

I collect the contracts today (unsigned). So do you know of a good and honest conveyance lawyer (with Greenfield experience) in Perth WA?

Its a low socio area within the Mandurah precinct. I know because I lock up a lot of the occupants who are normally domiciled within its territories.

Then again I could be wrong and its a new scheme not really heard of much before .

Greenfield usually would be referring to previously undeveloped land.

Maybe this is off the plan, a block of land or a brand new housing development?
