Apparently there was a genuine "no reserve" auction in Brisbane:

We went to the auction.

The house in our opinion was really run down and needed to be detonated, or a heap of money spent to bring up to scratch.

Think original inside with several parts outside held up by those posts they use when raising a house
I wouldn't even let my daughter walk up the stairs while there were other people on them.
