Double Garage Add on costs? ACT

Looking at a house in ACT (Evatt), ideal in many ways but would need a double garage (two seperate roller doors rather than a single double door).
Brick, two auto doors, would have to redo slab.
Any ideas on rough approximation of costs? Will be contacting various companies over next few days, but just trying to do some rough figures tonight.

A 6m x 6m brick garage on concrete slab would cost around $15k. Might be more if excavation work is required for prep of concrete.
Add to that the cost of any Electrical installation for lighting and power, plus your auto garage door openers depending on type and quality you buy, also need to consider plumbing for stormwater.
