Duplex price list

hi all, just wondering if anyone has a price list from one of the project home builders for duplex construction. Looking to put a duplex on a smallish site 800sq.m so i have 180sq. m each for duplex. I am thinking 2k per sq.m for quality construction and fitout, just wondering what the others are charging to complete stage one feasability. Any quality data appreciated i will pm my email to anyone who could assist.

2k per sqm is high quality construction and i wouldn't deal with any project builder if i was to pay that money.

Project builders charge under $1000/sqm

It all depends what you want quality or cheap.

I'm in Southern WA so probably not a direct comparison but costing about $950 per m2 for my duplex.
Given some more details and a house plan in this thread .

Highest quote I got for similar builds came in at about $1200 per m2.
