My brother is an apprentice chippie and I am studying drafting. When we team up this is an ideal project for us after a few reno's. It's very inspirational!

Well done on the sales of the properties. Just wanted to know how much did you end up saving on doing it yourself rather than going through a project builder? Did you get any quotes before doing it all yourself?

No I didn't get a quote Huss. We have the time to coordinate everything since we are not currently working elsewhere.

I would estimate that we save around 50k per house by doing it ourselves.
