DVD editing program

Hi all,

A friend of mine made a DVD for me of my wedding/reception. It is completely unedited, apart from the title page and I want to add music to the background and make a bit of production of it.

Does anyone know of a program that I could use to achieve this, which is fairly user friendly?

The DVD plays in any normal DVD player just like a movie.

Windows XP. Yes I want to burn the edited copy onto a new DVD.

Hi Bantam Roosta,

I use Windows Movie Maker to edit and burn to DVD a lot. It comes with Windows XP. Its very easy to use. Also Sonic MyDVD is great; lets you add songs and titles and also slideshows. You should be able to stream the footage from the DVD and edit it in either of these programs.
