I have an IP in Perth tenanted by a couple with 2 small children , the IP has a swimming pool (36,000 litre). Tenant pays the excess water, although the bills are in my name.
I have noticed that the excess water charges on the IP comes in at the same figure (almost to the $, approx $75 each bill) as my own PPOR, it is only my husband and myself who reside in the PPOR, no kids, no pool.
I am worried that the water metre on the IP may be faulty and am concerned that I will be left with a huge back pay of water excess to pay in the future if so.
I have a PM who manages the IP, I would like to know what the members on SS suggest prior to me contacting my PM about it.
Any ideas what I should do ? Thankyou, much appreciated.
