expected depreciation

Hi all, can anyone give me a ball-park figure for expected annual depreciation on this property?
It's a 3 bedroom house that has been completely renovated inside. It has a new kitchen and new bathroom (including new flooring, floating boards and tiles respectively), new paint throughout including ceilings, new built in wardrobes in all rooms, new colourbond roof, new carport and a new small deck. They have also rewired it and it has new plumbing. Oh yeah and new fences on two sides.
Any help would be much appreciated.
