First home buyer grant - Second property

I was wondering, If the first property I buy is an IP, can I still claim the first home owner grant for my second property which I am going to live in ?

my girlfriend did because our properties are in a trust so we don't own them we own the trust.

The SRO website has heaps of details and a contact number we had a few discussion with them and our lawyer before going ahead with a setup like this.

You'll still get the grant. You may not get some stamp duty reductions depending on the state.

I developed property before using my 1st buyers grant, the govenment allowed it as they were investments.
But I recommend talking to the state revenue office 1st
