Floor Sander/Polisher - Brisbane

Hi guys

Does anyone have any recommendations for a cheap floor sander in Brisbane? The house is likely to be demolished in 5+ years time so would like this done as cheaply as possible (without doing it myself). We are looking at replacing the carpets in the entire house (4 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining rooms etc). The floor area is probably around 130 - 150 sqm. Can anyone provide an estimate on the cost involved? Is $20 / sqm a reasonable estimate? I plan on ripping up all the carpets etc myself.

Edit: Just measured it up and it's closer to 100 sqm

Our son just had three quotes similar size area. He will take the $1950 one.

I'm hoping the job will not be terrible. Sander came recommended but perhaps you are reading me saying "similar size job" too literally. Son's house has three bedrooms one combined kitchen, dining and living. I'd guess this is smaller are than original poster.

We were judging it by comparing it to the last job we had done six years ago, about same area, which cost us $1500.
