New to this site, thought I should post.
Just bought a 3 bed brick in Footscray west. $525.00. Needs some work but overall a bargain. 2 bed up the raod, a little bit nicer to look at sold onthe weekend for $650

What 2 bed property sold on the weekend for $650,000??
According to all of the reporting ( http://www.realestateview.com.au/po...lts&state=victoria&suburb=footscray&postcode= ) there was no 2 bedroom house sold for anywhere near that much this month. Are you thinking of: http://house.ksou.cn/p.php?q=Footscray&sta=vic&id=292814
Only 2 bedder I can think of around $650,000 was 2 Donald Street but that was a fully renovated Victorian weatherboard.
Anyway, 3 bed brick for $525,000 sounds like a good price; what's the address?
1 Dynon Rd. Right next to the bridge.
1 Dynon Road - that would be more like West Melbourne or, more likely, North Melbourne.
Maybe 1500 Dynon Rd then.
