what is the pre-requisite apart from having a Self Man Super Fund to Purchasing Geared Property via a Warrant in Self Managed Super Funds

Is this the $120,000.00 that you have mentioned in the fund before or can it be less ($100,000.00)?

Hi Wasp,

You would need at least $120,000 to cover for 20% deposit plus first year's interest plus stamp duty plus other assets to cover the serviceing requirements.

$100,000 would not be enough

And its a non-recourse loan? with no personal guarantee required from lender?

Non-Recourse Loan, with a personal guarantee for a 20% deposit but no personal guarantee for a 30% deposit.
