I'm interested in learning about property investment.

Can anyone recommend resources? If possible could you rank level each resources is suitable.

I very new to this and want to start from the basics. Even if you think financial/accounting resources or just any other resources that would be useful, please let me know.

There's an abundance of resource out there, it's hard to choose a first one.

Might start with these books:
* BUILDING WEALTH THROUGH INVESTMENT PROPERTY by SOMERS
* Land Law Pack - Tan/Dwyer

And also see it my friend's wife has any accounting/finance from her university studies.
