GF on cnr block/GF privacy

Hiya
IMHO the corner block is perfect for building a granny flat
but much depends on the block area and how the original house is sited
And if you have space to put the driveway (it is just concrete) on the side of the other back neighbour, you make full use of the setback...
That way, the granny flat becomes like a mini-house on its own with its own entrance...
Just put a colour bond fence between the two "houses" and voila! happy days!

Normally girlfriends insist on curtains and frosted glass, especially in the bathroom, however some have been more than willing to put up with an open window.
the requirement for a 3m setback from rear for a <900m2 block, how can I tell which is the back for a corner block property?
Is it dependable on where the main house front door is facing, or the address that the mail goes to?
Does anyone have examples schematic available on the internet for GF building corner blocks?
Some house on corner blocks are quiet useless due to they weren't build straight but slanted so we can maximize the space to build a good GF
