Gladstone Property Manager

Hi everyone

I have read all the Gladstone threads from the last couple of years, but most PM info is getting a little bit dated. Now that the Gladstone rental market has settled down a bit (compared to say 2011) would anyone be able to recommend a reliable and effective property manager in Gladstone?

I have currently shortlisted Go Gecko and We Sell Homes as possible Gladstone PM's worth considering. We are looking to switch from our current PM asap. If anyone has any feedback they would be willing to share on either of these PM's (or others) from a landlord or tenant perspective that would be greatly appreciated. Happy to receive comments via private message if preferred.

Hi Angela,
Am new to the forum but I am located in Brisbane and have an IP in Gladstone with Go Gecko. No problems with them, they have a small team and when you phone, you actually have a property manager answer the phone rather than a receptionist who never passes on your message. I was with a larger agency but really glad I switched.
Where's your property? (Street)
