Loads to choose from in Melbourne. Among the big firms, there is us, Washington Brown and BMT. And there are dozens of smaller firms.
I won't go into prices here, but smaller companies are often a bit cheaper.
We tell people it takes 2-3 weeks. The tenants are critical to access. Sometimes they cooperate, sometimes they don't.

We have always used BMT. A little bit more expensive, but they do a great job and quick to boot. Another advantage is they cover a lot of Australia so they can look after my interstate IP's as well.

Ive used BMT twice and cant speak highly enough of them.
