Anyone know the more updated areas where people are moving into? In Victoria. I know melton is growing really fast. What other areas as well?

The growth corridors of Melbourne are basically the cities of Wyndham, Melton, Hume, Whittlesea, Cardinia and Casey.

All have heaps of subdivisions and first home buyers so would be great places to be a builder, tradie or toyshop proprietor.

But whether they'll deliver superior rental returns or capital growth that property investors seek is another question entirely.
