i got a chinese crew that don't speak english well.. but they're cheap and and get 100sqm in half a day. workmanship is good.
Did 3 properties with them. Would normally do them myself but knees are gone.

I usually find them hiding just below my thighs and above my shins.

Make sure whoever's doing the work is legally allowed to be working, otherwise you could end up more trouble than it's worth.

They do contracting for other companies.

besides - i'm not an employer... i just need handyman to do the work.

It's worth while confirming with any potential trade their experience & qualifications, if they can provide you with referee details, that they will provide you with an invoice, whether they have insurance and if they provide warranty.
