has anyone heard of this property search website service?

Nope, not until now, but as I do whenever I get the chance, I looked up my South West Rocks block which I currently have listed for sale and hey presto, this place did not even have the suburb "South West Rocks" in their suburb list.
Anecdotal of course, but they immediately got the big thumbs down from me...

Same from me. Couldn't find Cairns or Geraldton. Other locations I browsed only had 1 or 2 properties.
Private Sale ...??
Had a look at what they had to sell in Rockhampton and they have one listed as a "Private sale ". Contact is "Statewide realty brokers ".
Interesting when we bought a property through them a couple of years ago they looked remarkably likke a realestate agent and they're still listed as a realestate agent in the Yellow pages.
Not sure of the significance of this , apart from indicating I had some spare time on my hands this afternoon
