I've been lurking around for a long time but have never signed up until today. (Found the forum when I was searching for opinions on Chan & Naylor's PIT).
We have a property in Brissy that's currently rented via onsite PM, and we've been contacted by Professionals in South Brissy.
I've also had a brief read about Pure Rentals PM on this forum previously as well.
Can anyone share their experience with either PM please?
I'm trying to gauge them by quality rather than by quantity ($) so I won't post any fee structures here)..
