Has anyone used this Buyers agent?

Hi there
Just wondering if anyone has used Metropole (http://www.metropole.com.au/) as a buyer's agent to purchase an investment property(s)?

If so, would you recommend using them for a first time property investor?

The costs seem rather high. Are they good enough to help me purchase a property that is enough below market value at purchase to make up for the fees paid to them?

Any other comments most welcome.
