higher floor cost more?

does it normally cost more for a higher floor in an apartment?
if so how much have you seen difference per floor?
is it worth it?
would the higher floors get more CG?

I would have few questions. Is the ground floor safe? Does the ground floor opens to the open ground? Does the higher floor have views?
What type of people live in this area (small children, old age..)?

In big developments where they have lifts I find that it gets more expensive as you go higher. Sun light could be a factor here.

In OTP developments, it is about 5-10k per floor from what I've seen. Not sure how it would be for existing buildings

You are also likely to have a higher strata bill. And yes sunlight is a pretty damn good reason why higher up is worth more. I'm on a top floor, and its worth the extra.

Views, sunlight, exclusivity (top floor apartments are usually bigger).
