I bought a house in Tasmania and want to rent it out as a holiday house.
So i need following information.

1. Do i need to get a license or register to do this?

2. Can i manage this house though my friend over in Tas?

3. Do i need to get full Insurance?

4. How do i deal with accidental damage done visitors?

5. What is the best web site to register for my house listing?
