House for Removal / sale

Hi All

i am developing a site which has a 3 bedroom house feat: lounge,dining,rumpus rms,cedar weather board in Seaford, central heating, new hot water, polished boards, etc.

i have commenced renovating the home but have now decided to develope the site.
i am not really fused at what i sell it for as long as the purschaser covers the remove cost and a little something for the home.

Firstly, thanks Sunstone for alerting me to Anthonys post via PM, Keep this up mate and we may have to look at establishing some sort of spotters fee incentive.

i shall add more info in my profile - nice guitar outlet by the way.

i plan on building 3 t/h the site is one street from the beach so the location is fantastic.

i plan to sell 1 or 2 not sure yet...
