House & Land Packages

Hi Again

I am looking at an 8 unit site and thinking of how I would sell them off the plan as house and land packages.

The only thing I can think of is to do all my due diligence with the shire and call a builder to work with on the project.

What advice can you give? has anyone had a pleasant or painful experience with something similar?

Hi there, you need to work with the builder, however you also need to work with an experienced agent that has experience in selling house and land packages. Maybe “put” an option on the site, sell what is not yours (yet) and if you can get some sales happening during the option period, execute your option and go forward. Just a thought.

I think buying the site, and hoping for sales would be a much riskier scenario.
