How to identify owner of land in Victoria?

Hi guys, have a block of land that am interested in purchasing. Am in Victoria, so due to privacy laws it's not easy getting in contact with the owner though...

Does anyone know the next step to identify and get in contact with the owner of a VIC property?

I've tried myrp, residex, pricefinder... But for VIC they either don't list the sales history and contact details, or you have to be an agent...

Am stumped

You could get the name from a title search.

Title search. Costs hardly anything - or you can ask a friend who works in the titles office.

I think Title search will give names, but not address. Council rates search should give both.

I just checked one of my Vic contracts and address was on there with the names. (doesn't mean it is current, but still a good start).
