I have never engaged a service like this before. If you have done this in the past.
Could please elaborate the process before and after you purchase the property?
is there any thing i need to watch out for when using this kind off service ?

i.e Someone to help you lease your property out?

Or a buyers agent?
Someone to help you find and purchase a property?
