guys i am in "awe" of your responses, i have some contacts here in canberra and i feel humbled for those of you who wish to look at this offer, not to discount any opertunitys, but it would take some time to organise this, with those of you who have shown some interest the caliber of investers is humbling, depending on our reach there is no reason why this could not be a national thing, making 150 IP' look like a small number indeed. thankyou all.
