I would like to buy a townhouse in inner Brisbane for around $450-$500k but could possibly go a bit higher than 500 if the place is right.
I would like something quite modern and easy to maintain and rent out. I can put down a 30% deposit and will borrow the rest from an Aussie bank. I currently work o'seas and am a non resident for tax purposes.
Please let me know your thoughts on which areas of Brisbane would be good to invest for long term buy and hold. I am interested in long term capital growth.
