Development's great... increase population to drive demand for commercial re-devleopment, increase council rates intake to service roads etc/build libraries etc.
Nothing's firm in that area though. It's off the back of the underground railway plan that links up Parkville from the ousted ALP Govt. All talk no action unfortunately.

The only action Labour takes is to borrow money and then waste it on costs blowouts
just as well we have a Liberal state government then, innit ... given that the state is the party responsible for transport development.
Well at least Victorian Labour can make a decision...Baillieu on the other hand is just inni-mini-mo-ing
