Does anyone have LL /Building insurance for a GTP strata unit?
My current provider does not cover GTP nor does TerryScheer. I thought I would canvas knowledgeable minds on this forum before going off to a broker.....

Just the unit. However the blocking point I have at the moment is that the roof area (over the unit) is to be looked after by the owners and not BC. I have never heard of this before.
