Thought this was funny. If this is just a cosmetic reno then I'd hate to see what a full-on reno job would be, according to this agent!

Actually it doesn't look that bad.
I'd rather be left with no walls and a timber stud i can bolt plasterboard onto than have bits and pieces of broken plasterboard. (which I would need to rip out and dispose of myself).
