Investing and Spirituality

imho if we do good deeds expecting good things should come to us as a return then they are business/investment transactions not really good deeds.......

the husband is a banker and they bank with the same bank. it's definately not mistakes made by the bank. they're very honest people.

i don't agree with that statement. we give unconditionally and do not expect anything back. If we all expected something back....it would be almost like taking a risk. Why do it? especially if you can't afford it.

The reasons why we give back to God is for all all the blessings he has already bestowed in our lives. It's not give $1 and expect $5 back. It's not even monetary blessings but other more important and rewarding blessings like my baby boy.

Sue, if you "give unconditionally and do not expect anything back" ,
it is exactly how it should be and hence you are in agreement with what I have said, why do you think we disagree ?
Am i missing sthing ?
