Ipswich - Quantity Surveyors

HI

have been trying to get a depreciation schedule for my IP in Ipswich but have not bee able to find anyone locally to do it.

Even my PM couldn't help.

Have checked out and rung up all the local surveyors in the yellowpages and each company told me they don't do this sort of 'surveying'.

Have been in contact with a large corporation in Brisbane but they give me the big sales pitch and not sure about them.

any tips would be appreciated - thanks

Hi Bogie,
I recently purchased IP in Dinmore. Washington Browne did the survey for me. But The Depreciator would have done it as well. Just do a search on this forum for Quantity Surveyor and you will get heaps of info.

I called Scott from Depreciator and he organised the depreciation schedule for our place in North Ipswich
