Possibly a silly question, but forgive me, please;

Why does she need a three-bedroom house as her first home, if she is single and has no children? And, surely there are more affordable properties in the ACT area than $300k...?

James if you know of a 3 bedroom place less than 300k in the ACT please let us all know. You can't even get a 2 bedroom apartment for less than 300k at the moment here in ACT!!!


Even if she got a 2 bedroom for 350k she could easily rent out the 2nd bedroom at a good price. Rentals are crazy here as well. In fact the rental vacancies have always been a drama here in ACT.
