Kidnap fear 'stupidest excuse for non-disclosure'

Page 4 of the Financial Review:

The Federal Coalition has made what I think it one of the stupidest things ever made by them.

They have stated that exposing the amount of tax paid by big private companies will make their wealthy owners the target of kidnap attempts.
 
i read this and just shook my head.

mister rabbit described it as a "real, tangible threat to personal security".

again, i just shook my head and wondered about this democracy, or lobbyocracy as it should be rightly called.

clearly looking after campaign donors in an explanation no media outlet has questioned in any great depth.
