Landlords Insurance for Self Managing Owners

Hi All,

Just a quick one, over the past while I've noticed quite a few threads looking for landlords insurance for owners who manage their own properties. Today I received in the mail a letter from Terri Scheer who have said that as of today's date (Monday, 21st November 2011) they will be extending their landlords preferred policy to landlords who self-manage.

I thought some of you might be happy to hear this news!!

Yes they mentioned that to me at the Property Show in Sydney.

Surprised I didn't get an Email as they cancelled mine earlier this year when I started to self manage it.
