Landlords Insurance

Hi Guys,

This may seem like a silly question but just wondering if someone can clarify for me... I'm looking at getting Landlords Insurance through Terri Scheer and just want to confirm that it covers all furniture & appliances (oven, air con, fridge, etc) and that I will no longer need Contents Insurance (property is currently my PPOR but will soon be an IP)??

I've read the policy and this is what it sounds like but just want to make sure. I don't need Building Insurance as this is covered by the Strata.

It will be cheap becuase you are only covering: loss of rent, tenant damage - which happens infrequently as an overall % + the contents are minimal - floor coverings, curtains etc.

But check the policy document before making a decision....

Yeah I read the PDS, I just think the price seems very good that's why I'm wary lol. Just call me nervous nancy.
