Leading property mangers of Australia (lpma)

Hi, sure there is quite a few property managers in here. I have a question- has anyone been to lpma seminar? Its in a couple of weeks in Gold Coast.

I am really considering it, so if anyone has any feedback about it!?

I went to the seminar last year in Sydney.

To be honest it was OK. There were a handful of speakers, and only one which I got any real value from.

The rest were (in my opinion), mediocre PM's or business owners, so I found myself sitting through a lot of fairly basic and common knowledge stuff.

If you are new to the industry, then it's a decent thing to go to. If you already consider yourself a leading agent, then you will be bored, and probably frustrated at the lack of innovation in the seminars and speakers (definitely avoid the principals forum, it was a joke)

I'm not sure what you attended in Sydney last year but it couldn't have been the LPMA conference, it was held at Jupiter's Casino on the Gold Coast, Queensland in 2012.
