Once I've found my next IP (in Townsville) I'd be interested in getting a buyers agent to help with the negotiations of purchase (to make sure I can get the best possible price and not pay too much).
Does anyone know of buyers agents that operate outside the big cities? I'm sure it must be possible because negotiations would happen over the phone/email anyway!
