I am planning to build a two storey Townhouse in one of Melbourne's inner suburb about 7 Kms from CBD.

Looking for a Quality Builder at reasonable price ?

A good idea is to look in the local area of active builders who are building similar projects. This way you get to see their real work and not a display home, speak to them about build time an approx cost. Than compare with other builders that you may find who are capable of finishing your townhouse on time and budget, with high quality workmanship.
